Our mission

RentFind is a Kenya-focused digital property marketplace designed to make the process of finding, discovering and advertising property more accessible, organized and convenient. The platform brings together people searching for homes, rooms, apartments, land and commercial property with landlords and property advertisers who want to present their listings to prospective customers.

RentPost is the dedicated landlord and property-advertiser platform connected to the RentFind ecosystem. It gives authorized landlords and advertisers tools to create, publish and manage property listings while RentFind provides the public discovery experience where users can search and explore published properties.

What we are building

The ecosystem is designed around real property categories, location-based discovery and practical listing information. Depending on the service and listing, users may search for apartments, serviced apartments, condominiums, penthouses, studios, bedsitters, single rooms, shared rooms, houses, bungalows, villas, townhouses, maisonettes, duplexes, cottages, guest houses, hostels, student housing, offices, shops or retail spaces, warehouses and land or plots.

Our long-term objective is to build a reliable property technology infrastructure that can support better discovery, clearer property information, responsible advertising and easier communication between property seekers and property advertisers.

Our role

RentFind and RentPost are technology platforms and marketplaces. They do not automatically become the owner, landlord, tenant, seller, buyer, estate agent, broker, surveyor, valuer, lawyer or contracting party in a private transaction simply because a listing or communication occurs through the platforms.

Ownership & intellectual property

All original software, source code, interface designs, visual layouts, branding, logos, graphics, written platform content, databases, documentation, product concepts, platform architecture and other original materials created for the RentFind and RentPost websites are proprietary intellectual property of Ian Gathagu, subject to any third-party rights or licenses that may apply to specific components or services.

The names RentFind and RentPost, together with their associated branding and platform materials, are used as part of this technology ecosystem. Nothing on these websites grants any visitor a license to reproduce, copy, modify, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit proprietary website materials except where expressly permitted in writing or by applicable law.

Our commitment
